Your kids aren’t going to feed themselves and someone needs to put money on the table. If you don’t work then who is going to provide for your family? Don’t get worried anymore. You just have to make the plunge and quit your job and everything else will fit in place.

Having a job is abit like having AIDS, its something you don’t want but you have to deal with it. In this article we tell you why you should quit your job.

You HATE the People you work with: Why would you spend any time longer with people that you despise. When working in a normal 9-5 you can also encounter people that have annoying habits, give off awkward/creepy vibes and meet people that you feel like punching in the face.

Statistics show that if you work with people that you hate or don’t like it will affect your mood and you generally won’t be happy. So you can either work the rest of your life with people that you hate or you can quit your job and start your own business and become an entrepreneur.

Another reason is if you have a boss just you just can’t cope with and your relationship with him is just beyond repair. Sometimes your boss can be a back-stabbing, back-biting scum bag. That’s just how some people are.

Your Job is boring: Do you find yourself doing the same thing everyday at work? Is the most exciting part of your job getting a cup of coffee. Then you have a seriously boring job and need to quit your job right now. If you are bored while working it can affect other aspects of your life as well.

You are supposed to be enjoying your job and are meant to be having fun at your job. If you hate going to work and you hate getting up for it in the morning then it is seriously time you start to think about when you quit your job.

There are no progression opportunities: No-one wants to have the same position for 30 years. It would be be dead boring, you would be on the same shit pay for 30 years and have nothing to show for at the end. You want to be leaving a legacy behind but that will never happen working for someone else.

Some companies do not care at all for their employees and treat them like crap. You work like a slave for on average 50 hours a week and have a week off a year for 30 years. Why work for a company that you cannot make a difference to?

If you think you would be able to rely on your pension plan in your old age, think again. Everything is getting more expensive while the average salary is about $40,000. On this kind of salary it would be hard to save up a good amount.

Plus what is the point in spending your youth working all day and everyday and spend your old age enjoying your life. What can you possibly do at 70 years old. I’d be surprised if you could even walk without the support of a zimmer frame.

You  may as well create a business around your lifestyle so you can do what you want, whenever you want without any restrictions.

You are making someone else rich: It doesn’t matter how much you are currently earning at your current job, your boss is definitely earning a considerable amount more than you. The money you make isn’t actually going to you, it is going to your boss.

Say for instance your a salesman at a electronics store. You use your excellent sales skills to sell a kettle. You get really happy that you made a sale. However there’s only one problem, the money is not going to go to you. It will be going straight to your boss and your boss is going to start getting even richer.

No recognition: How many times have you done something at work and no-one has mentioned anything or at the very least said ‘Well Done’? Or even worse what about when some steals the credit for something that you did? Isn’t that annoying? That you

You’re not fulfilling your potential: There are plenty of people out there that did well in school, went to a decent university and got a good degree and thought they were set in life but then did not end up fulfilling your potential and ended up working in McDonald’s. Then they start to think to themselves, where it all went wrong.

You have to start doing things that you always wanted to do. You have to make sure that you can fulfill your potential. To do this make sure you do what you love in life. Follow your passion so you enjoy your work and enjoy what you do.

Your passion is what will lead you to success. Follow your passion and you will start to fulfill your potential.

There are too many people controlling you: In your job is the cleaner of the building in a higher position than you? That’s a sign that you have to quit your job straight away. But seriously if you have to ask more than 3 people, just to take one days holiday then you have to quit your job.

In a typical business structure there is you (the normal employee, the supervisors, assistant managers, then managers, then vice president, and finally president/founder. So you are pretty far away from actual management of the company and you have so many people controlling you.

You have people that can make or break you within a second. If they felt like it they can tell you to go home. You also depend on these guys to pay you and generally for your survival. If they didn’t pay you or they missed a payment then you would really be struggling.

Wouldn’t you rather be able to rely on you and your business? Something which you have more control over and can make more of the decisions. Something that is yours and you receive more of the profits. Then it is time you quit your job and start your entrepreneurial journey.

Too many rules: Don’t do this, you can’t do this, you can’t do that. At the average workplace there are way too many rules in place. Sometimes you just have to break the rules. And to do that you have to quit your job.

Sometimes if you have to many rules in place it can limit your growth and you cannot grow properly within a company. Sometimes you job actually keeps you back and keeps you from reaching your actual potential (see reason #6).

Your not SAFE: You can be replaced at any time if you are employed by someone. If they find someone that they think is more skilled than you or even more younger than you, you could be facing the sack.

Moreover as technology is getting increasingly better day by day and is improving everyday, you may just end up getting replaced by technology.

Before you get made redundant it is best to move jobs your self and quit your job straight away and forget about becoming a corporate slave.

Money: Obviously taking a high monthly wage every month isn’t necessary. Some people do not really care about materialistic things. However you need enough money to support your family, fulfill their wants and needs and anything else.

You need money to survive in the world. Money brings you respect. I think Al Pacino who plays gangster Tony Montana says it the best. In the 1983 movie Scarface he says:

“In this country, you gotta make the money first. Then when you get the money, you get the power. Then when you get the power, then you get the women.”

To start earning enough money so you can make a change in the world sometimes you just have to quit your job and become an entrepreneur to pursue your dreams and achieve what you want to do.

Your job chains you down – Does your job feel like a ball and chain that continuously drags you down. Your job takes away your freedom from you. It turns you into a bit of a slave both mentally and physically.

Say your working shift starts at 8 in the morning and finishes at 6 in the evening. In those 10 hours, you cannot do anything else other than what your company and boss wants you to do. You are basically a slave to your job. You probably have about an hour for a lunch break which you have to quickly rush lunch and chuck the rest of it away in the bin. If you lucky you might have one or two more 15 minutes break.

But you are still limited in what you can do during that time. The typical workweek consists of 5 days from Monday to Friday. Usually an average workweek lasts 40 hour but can vary depending on whether you have to put in overtime or not. Sometimes you might even have to miss your wife or kids birthday.

Conclusion

There are way too many reasons out there to why you should quit your job now. If I wanted to include them all this list would be never ending. Don’t feel like you are stuck anymore and make that leap and quit your job. It will be the best decision you have ever made and you will never look back on it.

You should always be looking to grow and if at your current job you cannot grow or they are restricting your growth, then it is time you quit your job and left it.
