This 15 Year Old Is On Track To Make Millions

Noa Mintz is like your normal teenager and goes to school like all normal teenagers and enjoys normal things that teenagers like. The only difference with Noa is she owns her business which makes half a million dollars a year (about £300,000 a year). The girl is on track to being a 15 year old who makes millions.

Noa is only 15 years old and started her business Nannies by Noa in 2012. Nannies by Noa is a high quality childcare agency in Manhattan and provides childcare and nanny facilities in New York and the surrounding areas. She even has plans of expanding into Israel.

She charges a flat 15 percent fee of the nanny’s salary of around $64,000 – $100,000 and a fee of $5 an hour for babysitting services. Initially she would screen the nannies, work on the recruitment process, train them and market the business all by herself.

Mintz has grew the business from only having one client to now having over 200 clients.

Although according to the Metro, her father has had a little helping hand in it as he is a registered owner and his companies combined client assets are worth around $2.5 billion. However for a 15 year old to make half a million dollars a year from her business is still a great achievement.

Nannies by Noa hires 25 full time nannies and 50 babysitters.

The idea for Nannies by Noa came to Noa Mintz when she and her mother could not find a decent nanny in the area. After having a lengthy discussion with her mother she started her own childcare agency.

When business started picking up she hired Allison Johnson who by profession was a social worker. Mintz hired Allison Johnson to become CEO of the company and look after and manage the company.

This left Noa to take a backseat in the company and focus on other ventures and for her to complete her education.

Noa’s story is very inspirational and can motivate people to succeed. She overcame many challenges and adversities to have a company that makes half a million dollars a year.

She may only be 15 years old but there is still a lot that you can learn from this savvy entrepreneur. For someone that is only 15 she has done quite a lot in the short amount of time she has been an entrepreneur.

If you think you can do something better, then do it

Noa Mintz and her mother could not find a suitable nanny. They could not find a service that provided a good enough childcare service. They wanted a high quality childcare agency but they could not find one in the area.

After a lengthy discussion with her mother about this Noa Mintz thought she could do a better job herself and find better nannies herself. She would do all the work herself including finding, screening and training the nannies. Her childcare agency turned to a success.

You do not have to be the first to start their business or industry to be successful. Mark Zukerberg was certainly not the first person to make a social networking website yet Facebook succeed massively.

Google was certainly not the first search engine. But founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin were certain that they could make a better search engine that was a better experience for the user and bought better results. Fast forward to today and Google is one of the most valuable companies in the world and is arguably the best search engine.

The lesson is if you think you can do it better, then do it!

Focus

Focus on the goal at large. Don’t deter off your path and put everything you have into what you want to achieve.

In her teenage years while other teenagers were watching Hannah Montana and Justin Bieber, Noa was undertaking an internship and cultivating her business skills. She learnt how to operate a business, the day to day operating of a business and how to market a business.

With all these newly acquired skills she set out to open her own business, Nannies by Noa. Here she put in all her hard work and all the skills she had acquired from her internship to build a successful company.

She had a tremendous amount of focus and dedication it it. Even when she was doing an internship she had her focus on her larger goal, which was to start her own business.

Always focus on your goals and put a tremendous amount of hard work in to it to make sure your goals come to fruition.

Passion

Passion is something that you need when you want to become an entrepreneur. You have to be passionate about what you want to get into.

Mintz’s mother said about her “Noa is a natural-born serial entrepreneur — from 6 or 7, she was always trying to start these mini-companies,”

She also said “She’d reach out to my friend and ask to be a consultant for birthday parties. There are kids whose lives are absorbed by tennis or acting — but this is her baby, her startup.”

Noa Mintz is clearly very passionate about business and entrepreneurship and enjoys entrepreneurship. It is important that you have passion as this is what will drive you to succeed.
